I have a new Sudoku-like puzzle!

"Whitewater"
A Games 100 Award Winner.
Navigate your way through the raging rapids in a kayak or raft. The team with the most survivors is the winner. Crafted from solid oak.

"OOPS!"  and  "OOPS  AGAIN!"
Can you stack the balls of the OOPS! pyramid puzzle so that no identical colors touch? It's harder than it looks - the balls are joined in pairs and stacked on a cherry wood base. Once you've mastered the basic principles, apply them to solve the larger OOPS AGAIN! Each puzzle is packaged in a clear pyramid shaped box.
A Games Magazine 100 Award Winner.
"AHA"
Winner Parents Magazine and Games 100 Awards.
Players compete to build patterns with the black and white balls to match identical patterns on the playing cards.
"Bugsvue" is a large butterfly shape which attaches to the outside of a window and attracts insects, especially at night when you shine a light out. The insects crawl between the outside of the window and the "Bugsvue" where you can get a good view of them from inside with a magnifying glass.

"Bugs-Vue" is currently available for licensing.

Michael Reilly - Bio/Resume

I have worked in the Toy Business & Film Industry for over 25 years. Beginning as an artist, I invented and built mind-boggling, three dimensional puzzles and games out of fine woods for my daughter, Dawn. On the strengths of these designs I was employed by Ideal Toy Company as a member of their research and development team.

In the 1980's, I produced special effects and specialty props for the film industry, primarily shot in New Mexico.

In 1988, my daughter and I co-authored "The Bumper Sticker Book" published by Spectacle Press.

1989-92, I managed Alton Walpole's Mountainair Films production company and studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico while Alton was overseas producing the 70mm, award winning feature film "Baraka".

In 1992, my game "AHA" won awards from Parents Magazine, Games Magazine, and the Chicago Tribune among other industry citations. "AHA" is currently licensed to the German firm, Zoch Verlag and produced in Europe as "AYA" for Christmas 2001. And now made and distributed by Mag-Nif as "Match 5."

Channel Craft currently produces and distributes a number of my designs.  Among these, "Whitewater" and the "Oops" puzzle lines received Games Magazine's Best 100. The puzzle "Oops" was chosen by the Disney Channel as their executive gift for Christmas and embossed with Mickey's hand print.

Use Your Head Unlimited, Inc. produces an entire line of sports ball puzzles based on my "Oops" and "Oops Again" puzzles. (Please 'Click' on the Soccer Puzzle Image at the top of this page to learn more.)

Agent Representation: Some of my game and puzzle design portfolio, along with various written properties have agency representation. Please contact me for a personal introduction.

I co-authored with Jenks Norwalk a screenplay, "The Big Green" which was optioned by Paul Aaron, DGA.

Available written properties and proposals include: a video game show for TV, Internet and Cell Phones; a treatment for a science fiction television series called "Crossroads." Several spec screenplays, a unique cell phone sweepstakes promotion, and a theme park action ride proposal.

I am currently involved in developing games and puzzles for the digital realm. For information concerning available unlicensed creative properties, or for custom game & puzzle design or consultancy, please contact me via email: reilly4puzzles@yahoo.com (Please include the word "Homestead" in your subject line.)

I lived 'the best part' of the last two decades in New Zealand.
The Most Popular Sports in the World
are now a complete line of fascinating puzzles.

Stack the 20 balls in the shape of a pyramid so no balls of the same color touch and you win! Sounds easy, right? It's more puzzling than it looks because the balls are joined in pairs.
So intriguing you won't be able to put it down! Makes a great toy for kids and a challenging executive 'mind game.'

Also available in a... 'slightly simpler'... 10-ball version.
Customized corporate and team logos available.
